Origin and Format
Small batch roasted to a perfect medium. This specialty grade single origin is a blend of Catuai and Mundo Novo varietals sourced from three specific farms: Fazenda Santa Barbara, Sao Francisco, and Santo Antonio in the Parana and Sao Paulo regions. Grown in volcanic loam at 750–1050 meters, it’s the "pulped natural" process (where it's dried in the sun) that gives this coffee its signature smooth body and deep, cocoa-rich sweetness.
