Origin and Format

Small batch roasted to a flawless medium. This specialty grade single origin is sourced from smallholder farmers in the Medellín region of Antioquia, Colombia. It’s a powerhouse blend of Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, & Typica varietals, grown in rich volcanic loam at 1300–1500 meters. It’s fully washed and then dried in special solar dryers to protect the beans from the rain, a clever move that locks in that clean, unforgettable profile.
