Description: Some classics are classic for a reason. We assembled a powerhouse trio of black teas from Ceylon, Assam, and Kenya to create the liquid equivalent of a motivational speech. It's bold, unapologetically strong, and designed to get your day started with authority. Add milk and sugar if you need to soften the blow, or drink it straight if you like your wake-up calls loud and clear.
Pairing Recommendation:
-
Meal: The quintessential partner for a hearty breakfast.
-
Food: Stands up perfectly to a full English breakfast, bacon and eggs, buttered toast with marmalade, or any savory morning fare.
Brewing Method and Instructions: Use 1 tsp (about 2.5g) for every 8-12 oz of water heated to 200°F. Let it steep for 4-5 minutes, depending on how much of a kick you need. And yes, this is for hot brewing only. Don't even think about icing it.
