Origin and Format
Small batch roasted to a precise medium-light. This specialty grade single origin is sourced from smallholder farmers in the Sidama Zone of Ethiopia. These are the Indigenous Heirloom Cultivars that started it all, grown in rich Nitisols at a high altitude of 1700–1900 meters. It's processed "full natural"—hand-sorted and meticulously dried on raised beds—which is exactly where that intense, wine-like fruit character is born.
