Small batch roasted to a perfect medium. This specialty grade single origin is sourced from smallholder farmers in the legendary Antigua region of Guatemala. It's a classic mix of Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, & Typica varietals, grown in rich volcanic loam soil at 1200–1616 meters. It's fully washed and sun-dried, creating a cup that is both complex and impeccably clean.
