It’s bold without being pushy, with a smooth, rich character that’s way more complex than your average cup. Origin and Format

Small batch roasted to a perfect medium-dark. This specialty grade single origin is sourced from the 1500 grower-members of the Café Organics Marcala (COMSA) co-op in the La Paz region of Honduras. It's a calculated blend of Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, & Typica varietals, grown in clay mineral soil at a high altitude of 1300–1700 meters. It's fully washed and sun-dried, which is what gives it that impeccably clean, complex profile.
