We took this fantastic Peruvian bean and gave it the Swiss Water Process treatment, so it's bold, flavorful, and anything but boring. Origin and Format
Small batch roasted to a smooth medium. This specialty grade single origin is sourced from the Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino in the Piura and Amazonas regions. It's a mix of Caturra, Bourbon, and other varietals grown in clay mineral soil at 1100-1700M. It’s fully washed, sun-dried, and then gently decaffeinated using the 100% chemical-free Swiss Water Process.
