This is decaf for people who actually like coffee, not for people who just want a hot brown liquid. We took this fantastic Peruvian bean and gave it the Swiss Water Process treatment, so it's bold, flavorful, and anything but boring. It's the perfect cup for when you want all the taste without the late-night jitters or the sudden urge to alphabetize your spice rack.

Pairing Recommendation

• Best Time: After dinner, with dessert, or any time you want a coffee but also (wisely) value your sleep schedule.
• Food: A slice of cheesecake, shortbread cookies, or just a quiet, non-caffeinated evening.
• Brewing Tips: Brew it just like you would its caffeinated cousin. Drip, pour-over, or French press all work beautifully.

Origin and Format

Small batch roasted to a smooth medium. This specialty grade single origin is sourced from the Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino in the Piura and Amazonas regions. It's a mix of Caturra, Bourbon, and other varietals grown in clay mineral soil at 1100-1700M. It’s fully washed, sun-dried, and then gently decaffeinated using the 100% chemical-free Swiss Water Process.
