We operate this website and online store (the “Services”) to provide you with a superior coffee experience. Our command center is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to transmit our goods to you.
The terms and conditions below are the "Rules of Engagement" for this sector of the internet (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”).

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction (old enough to legally operate high-voltage caffeine machinery) and that you have given us consent to allow any minor dependents to use the Services under your supervision.
To use our Services, you may be asked to provide specific coordinates, such as your email address, billing, and shipping information. You promise that all data you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security: You are the admin of your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your profile. Do not sell, transfer, or lend your account access to unauthorized personnel.
SECTION 2 - INVENTORY SPECS (PRODUCTS)
We have calibrated our displays to capture our products in high fidelity. However, due to the quantum variances between different screens and device settings, the colors or appearance of a product on your monitor may differ slightly from physical reality.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products will meet every subjective expectation, though we strive for excellence.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities to any person or geographic region. We manage our supply chain with precision, but availability is subject to change.
SECTION 3 - ORDER EXECUTION
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer for any reason. Your order is not officially processed until we send a confirmation. Payment must be cleared before your order enters our fulfillment stream.
Resale Protocol: You represent that you are purchasing our coffee for personal consumption, not for unauthorized commercial resale on the secondary market.
SECTION 4 - PAYMENT PROTOCOLS (PRICING & BILLING)
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change based on market fluctuations. The price you pay is the price in effect when your order is placed. Posted prices do not include taxes or shipping charges unless otherwise noted.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Please keep your data up to date (especially email and payment methods) so our transaction systems can complete your orders without error.
You represent that: (i) your payment information is correct, (ii) you are authorized to use it, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred.
SECTION 5 - LOGISTICS & DEPLOYMENT (SHIPPING)
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by the carrier. All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once we transfer products to the carrier (USPS, etc.), the title and risk of loss pass to you. (See our Shipping Policy for the full breakdown of this process).
SECTION 6 - PROPRIETARY DATA (INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY)
Our Services, including all trademarks, branding, text, images, graphics, and source code, are our intellectual property. These are the blueprints of our operation, protected by U.S. and foreign intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. Do not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit our assets without written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Chi-Town Quantum Coffee.
SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
You may be provided with access to tools offered by third parties, which we neither monitor nor control. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools “as is” without any warranties. Use of these tools is entirely at your own risk.

The Services may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of these external nodes. If you access them, you do so at your own risk.
SECTION 9 - PLATFORM INFRASTRUCTURE (SHOPIFY)
Chi-Town Quantum Coffee is powered by Shopify. However, any sales and purchases you make are directly with us. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Chi-Town Quantum Coffee. You hereby release Shopify from claims related to your transactions with us.
SECTION 10 - DATA LOGS (PRIVACY)
All personal information we collect is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you acknowledge you’ve read it.
SECTION 11 - USER FEEDBACK
If you send us ideas, feedback, or reviews ("Data Input"), you grant us a worldwide license to use that feedback without compensation. We are under no obligation to keep feedback confidential. You agree your feedback will not violate anyone's rights or contain malicious code.
SECTION 12 - GLITCHES IN THE MATRIX (ERRORS & OMISSIONS)
Occasionally, a typo or error may appear on our site regarding product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct these errors and to change or cancel orders if information is inaccurate at any time (even after you have submitted your order).
SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED ACTS

SECTION 16 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL CHI-TOWN QUANTUM COFFEE, OUR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.
SECTION 17 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chi-Town Quantum Coffee and our affiliates from any claims or demands (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of the law.
SECTION 18 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
SECTION 19 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Service and any policies posted by us constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding any prior agreements.
SECTION 20 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Chi-Town Quantum Coffee is headquartered. You consent to venue and jurisdiction in these courts.
SECTION 21 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROTOCOLS
In the event of a dispute, we agree to resolve it via binding arbitration rather than in court.

Venue: Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Waiver: We each agree that proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class action.
SECTION 22 - CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check for changes.
