Pairing Recommendation
- Best Time: When your brain feels like it’s still buffering, and you need to hit F5.
- Food: A light lemon scone, citrus-glazed muffin, or just a profound appreciation for things that sparkle.
- Brewing Tips: This bean was made for a pour-over (like a V60) to show off that bright, sparkling acidity.
Origin and Format
Small batch roasted to a perfect medium. This is a specialty grade single origin from the Othaya region in Nyeri County, Kenya. It’s a mix of the celebrated SL28, SL34, Ruiru 11, and Batian varietals, grown at a dizzying 1700-1890M. It’s then fully washed and dried on raised beds to lock in that signature Kenyan sparkle.
