Description
Let's be real, "balanced" usually just means "boring." Not here. This Peruvian cup pulls off the impossible: it’s both ridiculously smooth and exciting at the same time. You get the sweet, silky caramel, but it’s cut with a smart, citrusy spark. It’s the perfect high-achiever for your mug, and it never gets dull.
Pairing Recommendation
- Best Time: The "I need to impress myself" morning cup.
- Food: A scone, a buttery croissant, or just a quiet moment of feeling sophisticated.
- Brewing Tips: Brew it as a pour-over to really highlight that citrus sparkle, or a drip for a perfectly balanced daily driver.
Origin and Format
Small batch roasted to a perfect medium. This is a specialty grade single origin from the Piura and Amazonas regions of Peru, sourced from the Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino. It’s a mix of Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, & Catimor varietals grown in rich clay mineral soil at 1100–1700M. It’s then fully washed and sun-dried to lock in that signature silky, balanced flavor.
